From CSV to clarity.
Quick-add in seconds, or drop a CSV from any European bank — columns map automatically, and you decide what enters your ledger.
N26 · Revolut · Sparkasse · NLB · any bank

One honest number.
Accounts, investments, debt — net worth converted across every currency you hold, and labelled when it's approximate.
€ · £ · CHF — investments included

Spend what's left after saving.
Most apps count a holiday transfer as saving — until you buy the car. Fyncora splits every euro into Kept, Parked and Spent, so your savings rate is finally honest.
KEPT · PARKED · SPENT

The habit funds the goal.
Cap a habit, see its real price tag from your spending — and watch the goal it funds arrive months sooner.
habit ↔ spend · goal ↔ budget

“Can I afford this?”
The advisor watches money, habits and goals together — ask in plain language and get a straight answer, plus what it costs the goals you care about.
“what's safe to spend this week?”

One household, shared clearly.
Pool finances with a partner, keep private accounts private, and give kids their own allowance, chores and pretend portfolio — all under one roof.
- Shared or private — per account
- Goals you co-own, tasks you split
- Kids: allowance · chores · pretend stocks
Run your own numbers.
Pick a habit, set what it costs, choose a goal — the receipt shows what redirecting it would fund. Estimates, clearly labelled.
One ledger. Every screen.
The full app in the browser, plus a native mobile app with quick capture and offline entry — the same numbers everywhere.

Your data is yours. Full stop.
Fyncora is built and hosted in Europe under GDPR — not retrofitted to it. You're a paying customer, not a product being resold to advertisers.
GDPR by design
European data protection built into every table and request — row-level security on everything.
No data selling
No ads, no data brokers, no “you are the product.” Ever. Our revenue is your subscription.
No bank login
Import via CSV from any European bank. Your credentials never leave your bank.
Export anytime
Your data leaves as easily as it arrives. No lock-in, no hostage-taking.
Every “best budgeting app” list pointed me to tools that don't work with European banks or currencies. The local options were plain spending trackers. And none of them connected my habits and goals to my money — which is the whole point. So I built the app I actually wanted. I use it every day, and I answer the support email myself.
Starts free. Pays for itself.

Fair questions, straight answers
Is my financial data secure?
Yes. Data is stored on EU servers, encrypted in transit and at rest, with row-level security so each account can only ever read its own rows. We never connect to your bank — you import via CSV, so your credentials stay with your bank.
Why CSV import instead of a bank connection?
Two reasons: it works with every European bank from day one, and it means you never hand your bank login to a third party. A two-minute monthly import buys you total coverage and total privacy. Automatic sync is on the roadmap for those who want it.
What makes Fyncora different from YNAB or a habit tracker?
Those tools see one slice of your life. Fyncora links habits to spending and goals to budgets — so it can answer questions like “what is my takeout habit costing my house deposit?” that single-purpose apps structurally cannot.
Does it really work with my currency?
Yes — EUR, GBP, CHF, SEK and more, with European number and date formats. You can hold accounts in different currencies and see one combined picture.
Is there a mobile app?
An iOS and Android app is in beta — it shares the same engine as the web app, so everything stays in sync.
Can I cancel or leave anytime?
Anytime, in two clicks — and you can export all of your data first. If a trial ends without a subscription, the account simply becomes read-only: everything you entered stays visible and exportable, forever.
How much does Fyncora cost?
Premium is €4.99 a month or €29.99 a year. Premium Household — shared finances for a couple or family — is €7.99 a month or €49.99 a year. Every account starts with a 30-day free trial, no credit card required.
Is there a free plan?
No — deliberately. A paid product means you are the customer, not the product: no ads, no selling your data. You get 30 days free to decide, and if you don't subscribe your data stays visible and exportable forever.
Can I switch from Mint, YNAB, Monarch or Copilot?
Yes — a guided import understands each app's export format, maps your categories, and handles their different amount conventions automatically. Most people are moved in under ten minutes, and you can undo an entire import in one click.
